KEVIN URBATSCH is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as an Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Specialist. He is a principal of the Urbatsch Law Firm P.C. in Walnut Creek. He is a frequent writer and lecturer on special needs trusts and the planning needs of individuals with disabilities. He received his B.S. from Truman State University in 1988 and his J.D. from St. Louis University College of Law in 1993. SUSANNE B.
