Professor Kevin E. Mohr, Western State College of Law, Irvine, is an authority on legal ethics and professional responsibility. He is a former Chair and Special Advisor to the State Bar of California's Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct and is currently the Consultant to the State Bar of California's Special Commission for the Revision of the California Rules of Professional Conduct. MICHAEL D. WHITTY

Michael D. Whitty, Freeborn & Peters LLP, Chicago, is a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in estate planning, taxation, and estate and trust administration. Michael represents business owners, principals of venture capital and private equity funds, key executives, investors, and other high net worth individuals in planning for the preservation and transfer of their wealth. Specifically, he advises individuals and fiduciaries in the design and drafting of estate plans, wills, trusts, lifetime gifts, premarital agreements, and other estate planning documents. Michael has extensive experience with various types of trusts, family limited partnerships, corporate recapitalizations, shareholders’ and redemption agreements, private annuities, installment sales, intra-trust sales and other transactions, self-canceling installment notes, and net gifts. JONATHAN BLATTMACHR

Jonathan Blattmachr, Pioneer Wealth Partners, is a Principal in Pioneer’s estate planning advisory group. He brings over 35 years of experience in trusts and estates law. He is a retired member of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy and the Alaska, California and New York Bars. Jonathan has been recognized as one of the country’s most creative trusts and estates lawyers. He writes and lectures extensively on estate and trust taxation and charitable giving and has authored or co-authored six books and over 500 articles on estate planning topics. He has served as a lecturer-in-law of the Columbia University School of Law and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York University Law School in its Masters in Tax Program (LLM). He is a former chairperson of the Trusts & Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and of several committees of the American Bar Association. Jonathan is a Fellow and a former Regent of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and past chair of its Estate and Gift Tax Committee. Among professional activities, which are too numerous to list, Jonathan has served as an Advisor on The American Law Institute, Restatement of the Law, Trusts 3rd, and as a Fellow and Director of The New York Bar Foundation and as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Jonathan graduated from Columbia University School of Law cum laude, where he was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and received his A.B. degree from Bucknell University, majoring in mathematics. He served as an officer in the United States Army from 1970 to 1972 and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal.

JEFF GLICKMAN

Jeff Glickman is a computer scientist trained at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign where he received a BS, Computer Science. His expertise is in artificial intelligence, image processing and stochastic computation. He holds numerous patents including foundational patents for machine learning. In 2005, he developed the first artificial superintelligence and in 2019 discovered the first artificial general intelligence.

Mr. Glickman is the Chair Emeritus of the Seattle Section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), Senior Member of the IEEE, and previously served on the IEEE Technical Committee on Semantic Computing. He is a Board Certified Forensic Examiner, a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners, and served on the Washington State Forensic Investigations Council where he had oversight responsibilities for the Washington State Crime and Toxicology Laboratory system. He is President Emeritus of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Puget Sound Region and has served on the ASPRS Forensics Working Group and the ASPRS Student Advisory Committee. Mr. Glickman is the past Chairman of the City of Hood River, Oregon, Planning Commission and the past Deputy Mayor of Woodinville, Washington. Mr. Glickman also serves as a Board Member for The International Group for Historic Aircraft Recovery and DIRAC, the Data Intensive Research in Astrophysics and Cosmology for the Large Scale Synoptic Telescope. He is a frequent contributor on television, in newspapers, and at conferences.

S. He received his B.S. from the University of California, Riverside, and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Oregon Law Review.
