NANCY L. FINEMAN, who received her A.B. and J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, is a principal at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, Burlingame. Her practice emphasizes complex business litigation, employment litigation, securities cases, antitrust and intellectual property. She primarily represents plaintiffs, but also has significant experience in representing defendants and with appellate cases.
