GALIA AHARONI is a partner at HG Business Law, LLP, where she counsels new and established small businesses to help them grow and excel. Galia has practiced law with both private firms and government organizations, and served as Business Development Attorney at Continuing Education of the Bar where she developed innovative business strategies, performed market research, and provided company-wide advice on how to better reach their target market. Since then, she has started three small businesses of her own. Galia is licensed to practice law in both California and Louisiana, and received her J.D. from Tulane University Law School.
DEBRA F. BOGAARDS
DEBRA F. BOGAARDS is the co-founder and senior partner of Bogaards Davis LLP. She specializes in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, premises liability, and elder abuse. For the seventh consecutive year, Debra has been named to the Northern California Super Lawyers list. She was also listed in the Top 50 Women Lawyers in 2007. Ms. Bogaards was on the faculty of Hastings College of the Law's College of Trial Advocacy. Later, Ms. Bogaards became a member of the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). She also serves as an arbitrator, mediator and judge pro tem, for the San Francisco and Marin County Superior Courts. She is past president of Marin Women Lawyers. Ms. Bogaards graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (accounting and finance) in 1978. She graduated from Hastings College of the Law in 1981. Thereafter, she earned a certificate in Advanced International Legal Studies from McGeorge School of Law (Salzburg, Austria) in 1983.

S. ANOUSH LANCASTER
S. ANOUSH LANCASTER is an associate with the Lancaster Peters Trial Team at The Veen Firm, PC in San Francisco. Ms. Lancaster litigates complex catastrophic injury cases involving negligence, wrongful death, products liability, industrial accidents and exceptions to the workers’ compensation exclusive remedy doctrine. Ms. Lancaster was just selected to the 2013 Northern California Rising Stars list and was a finalist for SFTLA’s 2013 Trial Lawyer of the Year. She has co-tried cases in Solano, Monterey, Sacramento, and Fresno counties to successful plaintiffs’ verdicts and her Fresno verdict was the largest wrongful death verdict in Fresno county in the last decade. KEVIN LANCASTER is a co-trial team leader of the Lancaster Peters Trial Team at The Veen Firm, PC in San Francisco. Mr. Lancaster joined The Veen Firm, PC in 1984 and since has litigated more than 30 different kinds of both simple and highly technical product liability cases, involving consumer products, industrial products, tools, and machines. Mr. Lancaster typically represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including union, non-union, construction, and agricultural workers. For eight years he served on the OSHA Advisory Committee developing the Heat Illness Standard 8 CCR 3395. He has also spoken before the California Senate Committee on Labor and Industrial Relation about issues of concern to injured workers. Mr. Lancaster was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1950. He is married and has four children.

MICHA S. LIBERTY is the owner of Liberty Law, with a diverse legal practice representing plaintiffs in cases involving unlawful business and employment practices, personal injury and mass tort, defective products, civil rights, antitrust violations and consumer protection. A frequent lecturer and published author, Ms. Liberty focuses much of her public speaking on trial practice, discovery techniques, the importance of mentoring, and the best practices for opening a law office and law office management. WESLEY M. LOWE, a partner in Mannion & Lowe, represents policyholders and consumers in their claims against insurance companies. His practice emphasizes suing insurance companies for bad faith over the wrongful denial of coverage and claims and has litigated disputes involving all types of insurance, from homeowners, auto, commercial, and professional, to life, health and disability. He also has extensive experience in insurance coverage matters, including duty to defend issues, and has served as coverage counsel for the insured defendant in many types of litigation. He also represents consumers in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has been a Superlawyer in insurance law since 2005.
